Here’s what you can expect when you apply to join our team.
Step 1: Apply Online
Found a role that feels like a perfect fit? Great! Submit your resume and a brief cover letter through our Careers Page or email us directly. Tell us a little about yourself, your experience, and why you’d love to be part of our team. We love hearing what makes you smile!
Step 2: Application Review
Once we receive your application, our hiring team will carefully review your qualifications, experience, and fit for the position. If we think you could be a match, we’ll reach out to schedule a conversation. Even if we don’t move forward right away, we’ll keep your info on file for future opportunities—we’re always growing!
Step 3: Initial Interview
This is a chance for us to get to know each other better. Depending on the role, this may be a phone or video interview with a team leader or office manager. We’ll ask about your background, goals, and what excites you most about working with kids in a dental setting. And yes, you can ask us questions too—we love talking about what makes this place so special!
Step 4: In-Person Visit
If the first chat goes well, we’ll invite you to visit one of our locations. You’ll get to tour the office, meet some of the team, and see our practice in action. It’s important to us that you feel comfortable in our environment—and that we get to see how you interact with patients and staff. This step may also include a working interview or skills assessment, depending on the role.
Step 5: Reference Check
Before we make it official, we’ll contact a few of your professional references to learn more about your work style, experience, and what it’s like to have you on a team.
Step 6: Welcome to the Team!
If everything clicks, we’ll offer you a position and officially welcome you to the Children’s Happy Teeth family. From there, we’ll guide you through onboarding, training, and getting settled into your new role with lots of support along the way.
